Getting high

High waist pants are my new obsession!  Yes, it’s not a hallucination; they are truly back in style.  The mom pants.  The pants we never thought would resurface again.  They are hitting the shelves loud and proud. 

I spotted them.

Could not think of any others.

Had to get me some.

My new drug.  The highs.

Plaid trend

For those who have been following my blog for a while, you probably noticed I don’t tend to follow trends so much. I try for a bit, and then… well my piggybank runs dry and I have to turn to my best friend creativity for help.  So what I usually do is get key pieces for the season and mix them with what I already have. For example, this year the Fall super trend is plaid, no way around it, so I got myself a pair of red plaid pants and mixed them with my round collar black sweater from last year and my extremely high black heels,  also from last year.  To give it a little edge I wore my hoop earrings and my spiky headband.

Jungle Fever!

Je ne sais pas ce qui me prend, ce doit être un coup de chaleur, mais ces temps-ci j'obsède sur le style des années 90.  

 

J'ai mis la main par miracle sur un vieux pantalon de ma mère... vieux... on s'entend, il était si bien gardé qu'il avait l'air tout neuf!

Je l'ai agencé avec un top court de chez Mango et des bijoux vintage en or.

Et vous, les années 90, vous en dites quoi?

Pour profiter des belles journées, on sort nos couleurs...

 

J'ai aussi une petite obsession avec tout ce qui est couleur or ces temps-ci.

 

 

Je porte des sandales et des pantalons ZARA, un top MOON, une montre Michael Kors, un bracelet Jones New York et un sac à main vintage...

Camouflage pants and a splash of red

Tired of the cold weather, I like to reminisce about the warmer days when fashion was out there, not buried under a pile of sweaters, coats, gigantic boots, tuques, huge scarves…  You get the picture!

Here’s an outfit I can’t wait to wear again once the sun starts cooperating again ;-)

 

You have got to get your hands on a pair of camouflage pants, a.k.a. army pants, for spring! It’s a trend you can’t miss! Wear it with something as simple as a creamy white blouse or something vibrant like a bright redor even yellow… Any combination will do. What’s fun about those pants is that you can rarely go wrong.

Vite Vite Vite avant que le soleil ne se couche!

Eh oui... le temps est venu où le soleil nous quitte de plus en plus tôt, mais par chance nous avons réussi à prendre quelques photos en sortant du boulot.  Cours!  Il ne reste que de petits rayons...

 Ces temps-ci j'ai une fixation sur ces superbes pantalons en lin, ils sont si beaux!!  En plus, j'adore le style pantalons de couleur hyper funky agencés avec un haut simple.  Il fallait faire vite pour les porter quelques fois avant que les températures nous obligent à nous couvrir...

Montréal, Montréal... mais où sont passées tes belles journées

Un peu de soleil à Montréal, j'en ai profité pour enfilé mes sandales, mais je n'ai pas pris de chance j'ai pris un chandail avec moi.

Et puis, j'avais envie de faire quelque chose de différent avec mes cheveux, j'adore le style "Faux Hawk"... Mission réussie!
